A Guided meditation for triathletes is something I have been wanting to provide for my fellow triathletes for a while now. Mindfulness and flow states can be achieved in many different ways. But, one of the simplest ways to do this, is to meditate.
It’s been a while! But I’m back and I just wanted to let everyone know about a total revamp of our company website and Facebook page.
We were focused on product development and inspirational posts. But now we want to move in a different direction. We want to help people with an aspect of triathlon training and racing that many people would love to have and do.
Mindfulness and Flow State – Why?
Mindfulness and Flow State…. what is it? How can Practicing mindfulness and getting into a flow state more often help with your training, racing, and recovery?
A little secret that a lot of pros don’t talk about much is that most of the top athletes use some form of meditation in their daily routine. Meditation for Athletes is so important. And many times their best races are won when they feel like they have used very little effort because they are in a flow state….. for the average amateur triathlete or aspiring pro there is a lack in the market of guided meditation recordings that are specific for triathletes.
I have been using guided meditation for the past two years and it is help me in my life in more ways than I could’ve imagined. But it’s help me most in my ability to race well, recover well, and train well. So I decided to make a little recording that gives a nice sample of Guided meditation for us as triathletes.
